Here are four yoga asanas that will help you lose weight faster than any other exercise.

Utkatasana or Chair pose

Step 1: Stand straight with your legs slightly apart.

Step 2: Do not bend your elbows, put your palms down and extend your hands forward.

Step 3: Bend your knees and push down on your pelvis as if you were sitting in a fictitious chair.

Step 4: Raise your hands above your head and point your fingertips at the ceiling.

Step 5: In this position, straighten your spine and look forward to relaxing. Step 6: Hold that position for a short time before inhaling or exhaling.

Trikonasana or Triangle Pose

Step 1: Place your feet 2 feet apart and stand straight on the floor.

Step 2: Take a deep breath and raise your hands to the side so that your hands are on your shoulders. Keep your palms down and your hands parallel to the floor.

Step 3: Exhale, bend your torso to the right, then bend from your hips, lower your right hand and touch your right foot.

Step 4: Raise your left hand and look at the ceiling.

Step 5: Hold this pose for 10-20 seconds before returning to the starting position. Continue the same procedure on the other side.

Virabhadrasana 2 or Warrior 2

Step 1: Keep your feet 2 feet apart and stand straight on the floor.

Step 2: Take a deep breath and raise your hands to the side so that your hands are on your shoulders. Keep your palms down and your hands parallel to the floor.

Step 3: Exhale, bend your torso to the right, then bend from your hips, lower your right hand and touch your right foot.

Step 4: Raise your left hand and look at the ceiling.

Step 5: Hold this pose for 10-20 seconds before returning to the starting position. Continue the same procedure on the other side.
