Many people go through anxiety, their daily schedule, their work environment, family environment, or their past incidents can be the reason for their anxiety. But some people think that if they face anxiety, surrounding people may think they are rude

Here we shall know whether having anxiety makes you look rude

1. Creating plans can be a huge deal for those living with anxiety. Constantly, living in a social condition can activate their symptoms, which can only make things terrible. Yet, that does not mean they don’t appreciate your company or don’t want to spend their time with you.

Individuals with anxiety might arise with an excuse as to why they can’t chill out with you. They may approve a plan and then cancel at the last moment or never appear.

Canceling plans does not mean they weren’t eager or aren’t still eager to come with you. It most likely indicates that they suffered severe anxiety that prompted them to cancel their plans. But people would think they are rude.

2. Several people view eye contact as an indication of enthusiasm and admiration. Many assume it to be a staple in ample social interactions. But, for people with anxiety, it can be burdensome.

For many, feeling looked at can make people more attuned to the way they look and their body’s physiological reactions. As you can understand, when you waste too much time worrying about your appearance, you start to feel self-conscious and anxious.

For those people with anxiety, the concept of being social is irresistible as is, but the feeling of being looked at can make stuff terrible. People with anxiety find it tough to maintain eye contact. And not making eye contact can make them look rude.

3. Individuals with anxiety are constantly on edge of anger. While they might have their anxiety in check the maximum of the time, any amount of provocations can trigger their symptoms.

As we’ve stated earlier, these people always have emotions racing through their minds, some reasonable and some terrible. Commonly, they are always on edge.

Even the tiniest thing can push them over, affecting them to snap at somebody else, respond harshly and sharply, or entirely blow up without ever meaning to do so. And as a result, people think they are rude.
